The Project Cost Estimation & Rate Analysis Software Course is designed to provide engineers, estimators, quantity surveyors, project managers, and construction professionals with the practical knowledge and skills required to prepare accurate project cost estimates, perform rate analysis, manage tender information, and generate project budgets using specialized estimation software. The training also covers project tender management, including tender details, tender conditions, competitor analysis, site visit documentation, and project-related information management. Special emphasis is placed on preparing detailed project estimates through systematic Item of Work (IOW) development, component analysis, indirect cost distribution, and overhead cost calculation. 

The course introduces industry-standard methods for unit measurement, unit conversion, component grouping, rate determination, project coding systems, and project cost control techniques. Participants will gain hands-on experience in generating project estimates, managing analysis data, creating custom work items, and producing professional cost reports suitable for construction, infrastructure, and industrial projects.
