Job Responsibilities Install, erect, commission, repair, and maintain fabric dyeing machines. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of dyeing machinery. Ensure proper machine operation and minimize equipment downtime. Prepare maintenance reports and maintain service records. Follow safety standards and company procedures during all maintenance activities. Perform any other duties assigned by the management. Key Requirements

Age 25 to 35 years Only Male Experience Requirements: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Civil Engineering, technical training, or a related field. Experience as a Civil Trainer and Assessor is mandatory. Experience in a technical training institute or skill development organization will be an advantage. Overseas work experience, especially in GCC countries, will be highly preferred. Additional Requirements: Age: 25 years or above. Male candidates only. Excellent command of spoken and written English. NSDA Assessor Certification (Level-02) is preferred. Level-03 will be an added advantage. Responsibilities & Context Job Context: We are looking for a dynamic, experienced and result-oriented Manager (Civil) to lead and supervise building construction projects, particularly in compliance-based industrial and garment factory developments. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring all site activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and in accordance with quality, safety and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities Plan, manage and supervise overall construction activities from project initiation to completion. Ensure construction work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications and project schedules. Lead site engineers, supervisors, contractors and subcontractors to achieve project objectives. Prepare, review and monitor project work schedules and progress reports. Review and verify BOQ, quantity take-off, cost estimates. Ensure implementation of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) procedures throughout the project. Monitor construction quality, safety and compliance with applicable codes and standards. Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects and other stakeholders. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues efficiently. Monitor project costs and recommend corrective actions to maintain budget control. Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports. Support project handover, snag list completion and final documentation.
