Responsibilities & Context
Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings received from relevant consultants and coordinate with them for clarifications, revisions or additional details.
Liaise with consultants, contractors, suppliers and organize site meetings.
Coordinate site visits by consultants as required.
Coordinate with site engineers regarding work progress, quality assurance (QA), and quality control (QC) for works and materials.
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and conduct rate analysis.
Verify quantities and certify contractor bills.
Prepare work plans and construction schedules.
Prepare and submit periodic progress reports.
Maintain and organize all construction-related documentation, including drawings, site order books, material test reports, work orders/supply orders, correspondence, progress reports, and work plans at the office.
